No refunds will be issued on any items, unless otherwise stated in the product description. However, Exchanges or store credit will be issued if:

• You contact us within 3 days of your delivery confirmation.
• The item ordered is returned in the same condition it was sent and tags are intact. 
• An exchange will only be initiated once the original item has been received.

 Mèsan is not responsible for return shipping costs.
