Processing Time:
  • Orders are processed and verified within 48 hours.
  • Shipped within 2 business days excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Express- Please contact us if you need an order to be expedited. This is not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Made to order/Custom option: made with ethical practices, we treat our garment workers fairly. This means their craftsmanship takes time. Your custom creation will be shipped 2 weeks after you order. If there are any delays, we will communicate with you when you place an order.

Shipping Rates:

  • We are proud to ship packages within the USA for free unless otherwise stated.

International:

Mèsan is not responsible for any duties, taxes or Custom fees requested by the customers home country.  Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package. You may select DHL, UPS or USPS.

All packages in the USA will require a signature upon delivery. You can track your package with the tracking number that is emailed to you.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
